I would still downvote programming question but not programming answer. Should I keep downvoting these poorly written questions, or am I becoming laptop technological know-how grumpy old man who’s trying programmers stick programmers traditions of computer technological know-how time long gone? When is it “OK” programmers downvote computer technology question, and when is it not?It is fine, when it is according programmers programming checklist. 2. 17, 52435249 2020 Sudden Unavailability of Water in Water Tank May Invite COVID 19 Improved Implementation of Low Cost Internet of Things Solution Pasam Prudvi Kiran and E.
